We ship orders within Canada and the United States.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Surrey, BC, Canada.
Depending on your location, shipping times are usually from 2-10 business days.
We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days of order placement (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a notification email containing tracking information when your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours from when you receive this notification for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate and report back to you.

Customers who are picking up locally will be notified when their product is ready to pick up.
In the unlikely event your order arrives to you in less than perfect condition, please get in touch via email within 48 hours of delivery. To help us assess the issue, please send photographs of the product, and packaging, from various angles and distances. In order to provide a replacement or partial refund, we need photos of all 4 sides of the damaged box, in the state it was delivered, as well as photos showing each damaged product in its entirety.
Upon receiving your email, we will work with you to resolve the situation, offering replacement parts or a replacement product as soon as possible.
LABH ships merchandise to locations in the USA. Customs and import duties may be applied to US orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order. Contact your local customs office for details.
LABH is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Details By Product
Orders will ship on a pallet, or if appropriate a cardboard carton, via LTL, with curb-side delivery and a delivery appointment. The carrier will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. The pallet will be lowered to the ground on arrival. Someone must be on site at the scheduled time to receive these shipments and bring the panels inside.
Shipping on all Canadian panel orders under $450 is a flat-fee rate of $50. All Canadian orders over $450 ship free of charge.
Shipping on all US panel orders will be individually quoted. Please email us with the number of panels for your shipping price.
Lighting products are custom manufactured and usually ship within 6 weeks. Customers will be notified via email once the order is ready for shipping.
Our regular processing lead times are usually 2 weeks for any order.
Custom designed accessories are available and have a specific lead time. Please email us to discuss.
